FINDERS SHARERS was the inaugural Spring community gathering and celebration as part of the 2017 project FORAGERS, WEED GARDENS and GATHERINGS.
Through a series of community focused how to workshops, gatherings, expeditions, exchanges and art events across Oct/Nov 2017, the project unearthed, explored and celebrated contemporary / historical knowledge and use of local, native and imported vegetables, flowers, greens and weeds.
Lead workshop artists: Laura Wills, forager Diego Bonetto and Alana Gregory.
This booklet contains interviews with project producer Janine Peacock, participating artists and local community members. It also features a series of artworks by Laura Wills.

FWG has been initiated and guided by local community members, participating artists and OSCA who have been gardening out of St Bede’s Community Garden since 2015.
