Mark Timberlake

Mark started his artistic journey by gathering the necessary design, technical skills at North Adelaide School Of Art. Throughout the nineties Mark has ventured into many projects ranging from self employed potter- sculptor to working with a 30 piece circus prop design, musician, Earth circus. With these performance & visual art skills he created & facilitated workshops at schools, festivals & holiday programs. In 1995-1999 Mark worked on a number of large Art in public place projects using many varied & different mediums.

In 2000 He worked with Conservation Education Services as a performer / set designer in the fringe show, Believe performed in the Botanic Gardens. In 2004 he joined KneeHIGH inc. & was able to meld his skills & creativity in many varied projects from regional and community arts workshops to international performance /puppetry tours & festival parades. Success of these projects reflects Marks talents & has led onto artistic endeavours as a key artist/ site designer / designer /maker with the major arts festivals in Adelaide. Adelaide Fringe, Adelaide Festival, Comeout -Youth Arts Festival and the Oz Asia Festival. Most recently he has worked as community arts facilitator / artist / site designer for the Desert Harmony Festival Northern Territory and was an integral member of the team for the Water Project with Riverland Youth Theatre.
