KAYAH GUENTHER

Kayah Guenther is a regional New South Wales based artist whose practice crosses dance, theatre and film.  He has had a wide range of experience working with Philip Channells, Gavin Webber and Travers Ross. In 2015 he collaborated with HW Collective on the multi award-winning short film, The Battle as part of the Screenworks Createability program. He is currently working on; Explain Normal with Daniele Constance and Phluxus Dance Collective; The Gentle Warrior with Gabriele Comerford and Tasdance; Move Me with Gabriela Green Olea and The Crossing with Gavin Webber. Kayah is the recipient of a Young Regional Artist Scholarship and an Ausdance NSW Innovative Dance Practice Grant.

Our mission is to provide artists and non-artists with opportunities to create contemporary works that explore local ideas and new way of coming together in the public domain.
