Helium Liu is an explorer of many paths and possibilities; their inquiring methods include verbal and physical performances, in situ installations, experimental sound and image making, glass blowing, birds and urban exploration documentation. They live next gate to Chinatown.
Our mission is to provide artists and non-artists with opportunities to create contemporary works that explore local ideas and new way of coming together in the public domain.
