Fiona Sprott is a multidisciplinary storyteller and academic with a history working in live performance, theatre and film. More recently her focus has been upon landscape photography and digitally based storytelling with an emphasis upon solitary creative practice. Since has been funded to skill up as a digital artist, producing audio and audio-visual works as part of her response to the impacts of the Covid-19 global pandemic. She is a part-time academic researcher, working with Laboratory Adelaide, based at Flinders University. She is also a part-time van dweller by necessity.

Our mission is to provide artists and non-artists with opportunities to create contemporary works that explore local ideas and new way of coming together in the public domain.

OSCA acknowledges we work on Kaurna Land – always was, always will be.

OSCA is funded by Arts South Australia. We also receive project support from the Australia Council, the City of Port Adelaide Enfield, Country Arts SA and the City of Onkaparinga.
