JASON SWEENEY is a queerly-oriented musician, composer, performer and filmmaker. Since the early 2000s he has collaborated with and composed for State Theatre Company SA, Restless Dance Theatre, Patch Theatre, Chunky Move, Closer Productions, Performance Space, Arts House, pvi collective, Theatre Republic, Vitalstatistix, SPILL Festival, Triptych Pictures, Banff Centre and with independent artists Astrid Pill, Ingrid Voorendt and Zoe Barry. He records and performs under the names Sweeney and Panoptique Electrical. He is currently writing and recording for his new solo performance work and album project ‘Homophonia’.
